The Magic of Broth: How do we make it?
Our broth is made from beef knee bones and herbs that are slowly cooked for 16 to 18 hours. At this stage, the bone releases its healthy vitamin into the broth, which provides a variety of benefits for your health that you may have not known.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin from the broth help reduce joint pain, while Gelatin makes the joints and bones stronger. Amino acids like Proline, Glutamine, and Arginine help to strengthen your immune system, which gives you more energy and better sleep. Elastin, Collagen, and Gelatine are also found to improve the quality of your skin, hair, and nails. Furthermore, bone broth supports the growth of probiotics in the intestines which improves the digestive system.
Besides, herbs such as ginger, shallot, cinnamon, star anise, amomum Tsao-ko, and clove are used in Eastern culture as medicines to prevent cold and flu. Lastly, Magic Broth is also an ideal option to sober up and cure hangover symptoms.
